This product consists of the capsid protein of enterovirus 71 (EV71) expressed in Hansenula polymorpha after purification and adsorption with aluminium adjuvant, with no preservative contained.
Hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) is caused by enterovirus infection, it can be prevented by vaccination of this product.
